At Vidyaniketan, we understand that dance, the movement is essential to both build an appreciation of art forms and promote general well-being amongst the students. Currently, we train our students in Bharatanatyam. Our well-trained dance instructors focus on strengthening the basic tenets of this traditional dance form while encouraging our students to practice and build on their skills.

Music and Shlokas are an integral part of our Co-Curricular agenda from Kindergarten.

Fine Arts and Aesthetics are quintessential, in our opinion, to mold a complete personally in our students. The interests of our students are curated by our talented Art Educators with various possibilities on offer Pottery, drawing and art occupy a center stage that allows for children to channel their creative energies and come out with original work.
Creative energies in children find further avenues of expression in our programs that encourage Fine Arts and music. Students can choose from a wide array of options under Instrumentals, Vocal Music.

The intricate detailing and the delicate curves of the models created with their own hands gives, the students a sense of pride and contentment.

Keystone is a comprehensive structured value enrichment program designed by the team from Grey caps. The program is structured to equip and empower every child with the right values which help them to take the right decisions and prepares them better for the future. Deriving the values framework from UNESCO and our Indian Constitution, the program is carefully curated to offer eight values for every class level per year.

The program is offered to all students from Class V to Class IX. Its emphasis on using flexible learning strategies that encourage increased student participation and engagement through projects and assignments is crucial to help students develop a broader understanding of the relevance of the values in the context of today’s world.

Hey, Math! is a proven method that makes Mathematics easy and enjoyable for every student.
Developed informal collaboration with the University of Cambridge since 2000, Hey Math! is used in over 50 countries and provides innovative, high-quality lessons and assessment resources mapped to the Indian curriculum.
The content is structured as individual modules and among other features, includes an introduction to the concepts worked examples, practice questions with answer keys, interactive activities and voice-overs to aid in independent learning by students.
At Vidyaniketan our purpose is to use HeyMath to complement our classroom instruction of Mathematics. We believe it provides our students greater flexibility to engage with core concepts to gain a deeper understanding and allow for skill building to happen both at school and beyond. The ability to place their learning according to their abilities and strengths is essential in building sustained interest in students. The program is being offered to all students from class I to X. Designed to also be accessed over the internet, the program provides great dexterity for teachers to assign worksheets and E-Lessons on varied topics for their class.

The Global Awareness Program (GAP) is India’s first focused general knowledge initiative to create, enhance and sustain awareness levels with respect to global happenings and current events, presently reaching over 400 schools across India. Ideated by the renowned quiz master Giri ‘PickBrain’ Balasubramaniam, the program ignite the curiosity of the students by engaging them with interesting trivia from around the Globe. At Vidyaniketan, we offer this program to students.

Facilitating learning of 21st-century skills requires a strong grounding information and Communications Technology amongst all students. At Vidyaniketan especially at the School level our ICT program is designed to help students learn essential computing skills through a host of software and products. Students are given ample opportunities to test their learning through projects that require a demonstration of academic skills in addition to the ICT prowess that they build.

State of the Art laboratories, give all students an opportunity to explore and fine tune their learning. Our Faculty work closely in tandem with various subject teachers to understand their expectations from the ICT program and accommodate such recommendation into their design.
